14-Day Cancellation & Refund
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request to cancel your subscription within 14 days (2 weeks) of your initial purchase.

If your cancellation request is received within the first 14 days of your initial payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day refund period has passed, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
You may still cancel your subscription according to the contract terms below. Your website and services will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made after your cancellation becomes effective.
12-Month Agreement
Every website is provided under a 12-month subscription agreement.
During this period, your subscription remains active and monthly payments continue according to your selected plan.
After successfully completing the initial 12-month term, you are free to transfer your website and take full ownership if you choose.
Cancellation After 12 Months
Once your initial 12-month agreement has ended, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

After your initial 12-month agreement, you may continue with our Basic Website Management Plan for $47/month, which includes:

- Basic technical support
This plan is completely optional. You are under no obligation to continue after your initial agreement.
